Meet the Herd!
Have you ever wanted to meet reindeer up close? Now is your chance! Interact with our friendly herd and learn about reindeer, caribou, and Alaska’s subsistence lifestyle on a private reindeer experience. Enjoy a short walk through our black spruce forest with the reindeer. There will be many photo opportunities!
We offer private reindeer tours year round; rain, snow or shine!
Tour length: 45 min
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Price: $70/adult $50/kid 12 and under
2 adult minimum
Holiday Pricing Rules: Dec 15th- Jan 11th & March 10th- April 10th:
$105 per adult and $50/kid 12 and under
3 or more adults- $70 per adult and $50/kid 12 and under

The reindeer are part of our family, so they live in large enclosures at our home and not at Chena Outdoor Collective. The reindeer travel to the Collective to meet guests and then return to the rest of the herd at Ryno Kennel.

We are located directly next to Chena Hot Springs Road, halfway between Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs Resort. You can plug our address into your GPS for directions. Our address is:
